When playing, I heard someone mention the next issue - I13. Well, I was intrigued to hear something about an underwater zone. This sounded very cool so I thought that I'd do some searching around to find out and came across:

Apparantly, we'll be able to create our own story arcs? Not sure when it's going to be out but as I've heard, NC have tested the halloween events already so may be affected by the changes? Nothing about a water zone though. Also, some banter about new powers like that of the Lady you save in the midnight arc with double pistols.

We'll just have to wait and see unless we get onto the beta test server.

Pain Domination - oh yea im gona make a painful dom

the only thing confusing me is how are they going to do the shield powers if when there are attacks that use both hands

and another thing DAY JOBS does that mean badge hunters are forced to be offline xD

Pain dom sounds good but shields sounds like bubbles almost.

As for Day Jobs, that should be interesting for my badgehunting toons!

I am about to log onto the Training Room/Test Server to give it a go and went through the list of new features at: http://uk.boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Number=1252459&page=0

Seems I'll have to extend the sg teleports since there's a new beacon for Pocket D. Not that anyone goes there unless it's Valentines or Christmas...

Tis good they fixed some UI stuff and badges. Yay for new stuff!

WOOHOO every single MMs dream came true
• Mastermind Upgrade powers will now affect all henchmen within 30’ of the target henchman. Endurance cost for Upgrade Powers has been increased. It now takes approximately 45 endurance (reducible by enhancements) per upgrade power used.

i tried it out i have set up my pets in less than 5 secs
